Please read these terms before using ClaimMyTrip.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClaimMyTrip.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About ClaimMyTrip
ClaimMyTrip.com ("ClaimMyTrip", "we", "us", "our") provides a document-preparation service to passengers who believe they may be entitled to compensation under UK and EU passenger rights legislation (including UK Retained Regulation 261/2004 ("UK261") and EC Regulation 261/2004 ("EU261")).
ClaimMyTrip is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or claims management services. We do not negotiate with airlines on your behalf, file court claims, or act as your agent in any legal or regulatory sense.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. What the Service Includes
When you purchase a claim pack from ClaimMyTrip, you receive:
- An eligibility summary based on the flight details you provided
- A structured airline claim letter referencing the applicable regulation (UK261 or EU261)
- A claim information pack with key regulation references and supporting context
- A step-by-step guide explaining how to submit the claim directly to the airline
The claim pack is a digital document delivered electronically. You are responsible for reviewing the content for accuracy before sending it to the airline.
3. What the Service Does Not Include
The following are explicitly excluded from the Service:
- Legal advice or legal representation of any kind
- Submission of the claim to the airline on your behalf
- Negotiation with the airline or any third party on your behalf
- Filing of court claims or tribunal applications
- Liaison with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes or national enforcement bodies on your behalf
- Any guarantee or warranty that the airline will pay compensation
- Ongoing case management or follow-up after the claim pack is delivered
You deal with the airline directly at all times.
4. Eligibility Check
ClaimMyTrip provides a free eligibility check based on the flight details you enter. The eligibility result is an automated assessment based on publicly available UK261 and EU261 rules. It is not a legal determination and may not account for all circumstances. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the eligibility result.
5. Pricing and Payment
The service fee is as follows:
- 1 passenger: £19.99
- 2–6 passengers (family/group): £39.99
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is collected before the claim pack is prepared and delivered. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout (a secure third-party payment provider) to complete your payment. Your payment details are processed exclusively by Stripe and are not stored by ClaimMyTrip.
The service fee is payable regardless of whether the airline ultimately pays any compensation. The fee is for the preparation of documents, not for the outcome.
6. Digital Delivery
The claim pack is a digital product delivered electronically to the email address you provide. By purchasing the claim pack, you acknowledge that digital delivery to your email address constitutes fulfilment of the Service.
Please ensure your email address is correct before completing payment. ClaimMyTrip is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because the Service involves the preparation of a customised digital document, the right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply once document preparation has commenced.
If you have paid but we are unable to prepare your claim pack (for example, due to a technical error on our part), you will be offered a full refund.
If you have received your claim pack and believe there is a material error caused by ClaimMyTrip (not by information you provided incorrectly), please contact support@claimmytrip.com within 14 days and we will review your request.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where the claim pack has been delivered as described and the customer has changed their mind or where the eligibility outcome is not as the customer expected.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the eligibility checker and claim form
- Review the claim pack for accuracy before submitting it to the airline
- Use the claim pack only for the purpose of submitting a compensation claim for the flight details you provided
- Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to make knowingly false claims
- Ensure you have the right to claim on behalf of any other passengers named in your submission
ClaimMyTrip accepts no liability for claims prepared on the basis of inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.
9. No Guarantee of Compensation
ClaimMyTrip does not guarantee that your claim will be accepted or that the airline will pay compensation. The outcome of your claim depends on factors outside our control, including the airline's assessment, the specific circumstances of your flight, and the applicable regulatory rules. Nothing in the Service or any communication from ClaimMyTrip constitutes a representation that compensation will be paid.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ClaimMyTrip's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the service fee you paid for the specific claim pack in question.
- ClaimMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of potential compensation, loss of earnings, or travel costs.
- Nothing in these Terms limits ClaimMyTrip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Intellectual Property
The claim letter templates, document formats, and website content are the intellectual property of ClaimMyTrip.com. You may use the claim pack solely for the purpose of your own compensation claim. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the claim pack or website content without our written permission.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
